Meet the team
Jennifer Lane
Jennifer joined Arad as a researcher in 2013. Her areas of research interest include children and families, education, training and skills. With a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Research Methods in Psychology, Jennifer has experience of conducting desk-based research, interviews, designing research tools and analysing data for both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
Jennifer’s research project experience includes qualitative research with families in receipt of support through the Welsh Government’s Flying Start programme, an evaluation of Creative Skillset’s Skills Investment Fund and an evaluation of Academi Wales’ All Wales Public Service Graduate Management Programme. Jennifer has also worked on a formative evaluation of the Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Services across Wales, research into young children’s needs and outcome in Wales (on behalf of Save the Children) and research into the value of apprenticeships to Wales (on behalf of the National Training Federation for Wales).
Prior to joining Arad, Jennifer worked at the Professional Associations Research Network (PARN), providing research support for many projects relating to the professional body sector.
